Working with Jessica was great. She really helped me get motivated and not only exercise, but to change my eating habits as well. She gave me ideas of better things to eat and how to keep track of my food, so I could hit my macros. Each month she made a work out schedule that was personally tailored to what I wanted and what equipment I had available at home. My feet often hurt and I still wanted to work legs and glutes. She made a schedule that had more exercises on the floor, so I could continue to work these areas. Each week I sent her photos of my progress. Even when I gained weight during the week, she continued to be encouraging and supportive. She never once got upset when I had a setback. She constantly checked in with me and asked how I was. If an exercise was too difficult, she would change my routine, so it was more doable. I don’t have any complaints about working with Jessica. She made everything easy and I would highly recommend working with her.

After an extended period of inactivity and unhealthy eating habits I knew I needed a change. I tried many times to start exercising and eating right again but I kept quitting after a very short amount of time. I realized it was easy to let myself down and break promises to myself, but the regret would set in later when I couldn’t fit in my favorite tight dresses or I had to suck in to feel comfortable in my bikini at the river.

I like to think that I know what I’m doing in the gym, and that I’m pretty health savvy. So what I really was seeking was someone that would keep me accountable. I’m so glad I chose Jessica to be my trainer! She never once allowed me to quit. Every time I made an excuse or wanted to stop early she would remind me why I started. She encouraged me and kept me motivated throughout the entire 12 week program. She was always available to answer my questions. Her correspondence was extremely professional and her workout plan was tailored to my goals. I’ll admit it was not easy. But I didn’t want something easy and I told her that from the beginning so she held me to it.

When it comes to working out and eating healthy, staying focused is my biggest obstacle. I’m so glad that I signed up for Jessica’s program because she was available to answer my questions and give me attention whenever I needed help. She asked me about my workout routines and meals everyday just to make sure the exercises weren’t too easy and that I was keeping up with my macros. Even though I slipped up a few times, she was there to keep me motivated whenever I was feeling stuck or hopeless. I didn’t even realize I made any progress until she pointed it out and showed me my weekly pictures side by side. It made me feel amazing and it was just what I needed to keep going.

My favorite part of Jessica’s program is how personalized she made it. With such a busy schedule, I don’t always have time to go to the gym. Jessica made me an 8 week workout program (for home or gym) specifically for my body type and my body goals. She also gave really good food recommendations and substitutes based on my typical diet and adjusted my macros when my weight changed. I would recommend Jessica’s program to anyone who has a fitness goal, whether it’s to gain or lose weight. Her programs are the perfect alternative for those who do not have the time or money to get a personal trainer at the gym (like myself).

I am so thankful for the opportunity to work with Jessica as my online personal trainer. Over the last few years, I had lost shape and I was at a point where I couldn’t fit into some of my clothes anymore and I was really losing confidence about myself. I dreaded summers and knowing that I’d have to buy new clothes to fit into. Working with Jessica has changed all of this! Over a 3 month timespan, I lost 15 lbs, gained noticeable muscle, and lost 4 inches around my belly! I also lost ~2 inches around my belt line, waist line, and hips and also lost an inch in my thighs and chest/back! I can’t believe the amount of progress I could make in such a short amount of time. I am wearing clothes that I haven’t worn in years and it is amazing how this has changed the way I see myself and carry myself throughout the day.
 

Jessica isn’t just great because she can help you get fit, but also because of who she is. I have multiple health issues that affect my body, and Jessica was so careful to make sure she knew what was going on with me, how I was feeling, and how she could adapt my plans to make me more successful. Honestly, I felt like I asked a lot of her. Every time though, she would listen to my needs and either encourage me or adapt things to help me feel successful. She truly creates a customizable plan for who you are and what your goals are! I often found myself exhausted and discouraged, because changing a lifestyle is hard, but every time, Jessica was incredibly encouraging, understanding, upbeat, and gave me the motivation I needed to continue forward!

Through working with Jessica I’ve experienced a lifestyle change. I want to be healthy. I want to stay active. I’ve learned more about diet and how to balance it. I don’t want to lose the results I’ve gained. I am so thankful for my experience and would recommend her to anyone who needs a kickstart to getting an active lifestyle going!

My 12 week fitness journey with Jessica was amazing!
