Hey There! Thanks for visiting my site. Jessica Ashman Fitness is a business based in Portland, OR that specializes in custom training programs for men and women. I am an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, and started Jessica Ashman Fitness to work with individuals all over the world, who are serious about changing their lives and becoming a healthier and happier version of themselves through exercise. I work with all of my clients online by building custom training programs that fit their body type and goals.
Let’s face it, exercising is much harder than grabbing the bag of chips next to you or drinking the can of soda in the fridge. I know, because I’ve been there. Chips and soda used to be my go-to until I realized I wasn’t healthy (despite being extremely skinny) and wasn’t fulfilled after eating junk food. Today, I eat well-balanced meals that consist of macro-nutrients: protein, carbohydrates, and fat. Since I switched my eating habits, I am happier, my stomach feels full, I have more energy, and I gained muscle! It is extremely hard for me to put weight on because of my body type, so this alone made me fall in love with eating whole foods and body building.
Many people need an accountability partner during their fitness journey because it forces them to be serious about their goals. That is why I love what I do. I am a personal accountability partner for each of you. Once we identify your goals together whether it is losing weight, gaining muscle, losing a specific amount of body fat, etc. “ I am able to help push you toward those goals by developing a training program that is specific to your wants and needs.
